  • We will move furniture in the lab.
  • Rules addendum - Propping the door open.
    1. Only those who have door access to the lab are allowed in the lab alone. (If someone lets them in then leaves, the person they let in must leave as well.)
    2. We will address door propping rules.
  • Someone should go to the ACM meeting this Thursday @ 8pm in TI to hear what students want.
  • Talk to Dean's office about funding for ECS Organization
  • Summarization of our potential events
    1. ComputingFest
      • Organization projects - Will allow orgs to showcase themselves and something fun
    2. Two day seminars
      • First day is lecture crash course in subject
      • Second day is a quick implementation of some basic concepts learned

    1. Co-sponsor Unreal 3 Tournament with SUAAB
      • Fund-raiser - Bring a cool car out to SU Mall and charge for pictures or quick sit
    2. Hacking Competition in SAIAL
      • 3 Week setup

    3. E3 expo
      • Gaming Expo - Get game developers to setup booths and show their recent released games
